CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be 72 hours in advance. Cancellations occurring in less than 72 hours will be charged a 50% service fee. Cancellations occurring in 24 hours or less of your appointment, no shows, OR if you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee. If I am unable to process the cancellation fee, you will be unable to book future appointments with me. *I travel from Mexico for 1 week per month to service clients in studio. The time I have here is very valuable to myself and my clients. I don't have enough time to service every single one of my clients each month so please be respectful and don't book appointments if you aren't serious about making it ♡ I appreciate your understanding!
